Economic Outlook: The panel discussion dedicated to Armenia's economy and financial system was moderated by Karen Zakaryan, Executive Director of FINARM. The session covered a comprehensive range of topics, including Armenia's economic development concept, the specifics of fiscal and monetary policies, market regulation, and development prospects. The panel featured Lilya Sirakanyan, Deputy Minister of Economy of the RA; Avag Avanesyan, Deputy Minister of Finance of the RA; Karen Babayan, Director of the Financial System Stability and Regulation Department at the Central Bank of Armenia; as well as Mesrop Hakobyan, Chairman of the Management Board of Unibank; Hayk Yeganyan, CEO of the Armenia Stock Exchange (AMX); and Konstantin Saroyan, Secretary General of the Federation of Euro-Asian Stock Exchanges (FEAS).
The Domestic Capital Market, Infrastructure, and Investment Attractiveness: In this segment, Ararat Mkrtchian, CEO of Sirius Capital, presented a comprehensive market analysis. Notable reports were also delivered by Ruben Melkonyan, CFO of AMIO Bank ("Local Market Opportunities"), and Garegin Gevorgyan, CFO of Ardshinbank ("Trends in Capital Market Development").
Global Markets and Investments: During the discussion on opportunities in international markets, moderated by Binyamin Farber, Investment Manager at Meta-X, insights were shared by Artyom Zakaryan, Founder of Limitless Asset Management; Elizar Bubnov, Chief Investment Officer at Sirius Capital; and Denis Agaponov, Head of Portfolio Management at Wilco.
Digital Finance and AI: Regarding technological transformation, Beniamin Tadevosyan, IT Advisor to the Board of Unibank, and Grair Sarkisian, Head of Trading and Partner at Sirius Capital, shared their expertise and experiences.
