Byblos Bank Armenia is a universal financial institution founded in 2007 as the outcome of a 100% stake acquisition of the Lebanese Byblos Bank SAL in International Trade Bank in Armenia.

The bank has 4 branches in Yerevan.

As of 31 December 2025, the total capital of the bank is AMD 35,912,441 thousand, assets – AMD 135,252,821 thousand, liabilities – AMD 99,340,380 thousand.
