“ASCE Group” ՕJSC is the largest steel production company in Armenia and one of pioneer real sector companies that has listed its shares at the Armenia Stock Exchange (AMX).

The company also issued and placed both AMD and USD denominated bonds in 2021 and 2024, all of which are listed on the Armenia Stock Exchange. Moreover, the AMD-denominated bonds issued in 2024 are included in the list of bonds acceptable for repo operations by the Central Bank of Armenia.

The company utilizes the best international technologies to produce ferrous metal (steel) and steel products, including rebar and grinding balls. Since 2011, the company has been collaborating with Siemens VAI (Austria) for periodic upgrades and the introduction of new capacities at the plant. The company’s production capacities allow for the annual production of approximately 300,000 tons of steel billets and 175,000 tons of rebar. As a result of ongoing investments, the company will soon commission a new, more productive workshop for grinding ball production and a wire rod production workshop.

The company operates a 15 MW solar power station to meet its own energy needs.

For several years, the company has been rated by the internationally renowned S&P Global Ratings, and its financial statements are audited by a reputable auditing firm.
